5) 1-2 week before goods ready, we will contact to coordinate shipment
6) Arrange balance and account department will approve delivery (warranty period start from now)
7) Received the goods
8) Contact us if technical support is needed
EASTY AFTER SALES SERVICE
1) Advise the PI number, Model number & Serial number
2) Please advise the problem (better with photo, video and description), problem shooting
3) Spare parts (free parts within warranty), arrange delivery and change parts
4) Technical Department Online Support
5) Onsite repare (visit clients' warehouse to fix)
6) Return shipment
